Wild Mushroom Rub

Mushroom based, Smokey, sweet dry rub. 

Smoked wild mushrooms ground and rounded out with a bit of sweet and touch of heat. Add a little wild to your chicken, tofu, pork, spuds, or other veggies. Simply rub generously and fry, bake, or grill. Or, blend with coconut milk or yogurt as a marinade for fish or roasts.

Ingredients: Alderwood Smoked Wild Chanterelle Mushrooms*, Oyster Mushrooms, Raw Cane Sugar, Spanish Paprika, Sea Salt, Chile Flakes
