Meat - Mixed ground pork and beef, eggs (scrambled), grated carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, green onions, pepper, salt, soya sauce.
Cooking Instructions: Deep fry until golden brown or spritz with oil, place in air fryer, flip part way until desired golden brown. Cool slightly before eating.
