Our Better Than Organic (BTO) Medusa Kale is a tender, frilly kale variety known for its curly leaves and mild, slightly sweet flavour. Grown in a controlled indoor environment, this kale is harvested young for a softer texture that’s easy to enjoy raw or lightly cooked. Its delicate leaves make it a great choice for everyday meals.
