All regular crust pizzas from Both Hands are made on a thin sourdough crust, crafted entirely with local Brule Creek Farms flour from Northwestern Ontario. Each pizza is topped with a rich cheese blend of mozzarella and locally produced Thunder Oak Gouda, creating a savoury base.

This pizza features a crowd-pleasing combination of toppings:
• Classic pepperoni
• Sweet roasted red peppers
• Fragrant pesto

The savoury pepperoni pairs perfectly with the sweetness of roasted peppers and the fresh, herby notes of pesto for a balanced and satisfying flavour.

More Than Just Pizza

Both Hands Wood-Fired Pizzeria & Bakery is proudly rooted in the Thunder Bay community. In 2023, the bakery was taken over by Paul Gibson and Michelle Murdoch-Gibson, founders of the Rowan Tree Collective, with a mission to provide supportive employment opportunities for young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
