Ingredients:

Flour, sugar, rainbow sprinkles, salt, baking powder

Instructions:

1. Add contents of the bag to a large mixing bowl.

2. Add:
   • 2/3 cup margarine
   • 5 large egg whites
   • 1 tsp vanilla
   • 1 1/4 cup milk

3. Mix well until fully combined.

4. Pour into cupcake liners or a greased 9x13 baking pan.

5. Bake at 325°F for 10–12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Makes approximately 24 cupcakes or one 9x13 cake.
