Mexican tarragon is an herb used for medicinal or culinary practices. Despite being called tarragon the plant is actually in the marigold family. The plant isn't a significant source of nutrients but does contain manganese, iron and potassium.
Pairings: Salmon, chicken, veal, rabbit, eggs, artichokes, carrots.
How to Use: Used to flavour meat and egg dishes.
