The compostable bag features easy-to-use, step-by-step instructions:

– Whisk 1 egg with 1 1/3 cup of milk and add 1 cup of pancake mix.
– Let the batter rest for 30 min (or in fridge overnight).
– Pour batter in a thin layer into a lightly buttered pan preheated to medium, flip when you see bubbles and cook the other side.

Each 475g bag makes 18 average-size pancakes
