Mint - Spearmint

Less citrusy than lemon balm mint, and more mild than peppermint; spearmint is sweet and fragrant. It gets its flavour from carvone, a chemical compound often used in gum, air fresheners, and personal care products. The spear-shaped leaf is native to Europe and Southern Asia.

Aniseed, artichoke, avocado, beef, black bean, chickpea, dark chocolate, cucumber, garlic, parsley.

How to Use:
Use in Tea, water, garnish.
