Mint - Peppermint

Peppermint has the strongest flavor of the family, it has more bite to the taste due to the amount of menthol in the leaves. The stronger flavor makes it ideal for use in drinks such as Mojitos, in hygiene products, tea, or in cooking.

Hailing from North Africa and the Mediterranean, it is not a significant source of nutrients; it provides a complimentary burst of flavour to many dishes.

Oregano, lavender, lemon, rosemary.

Use in Tea, water, garnish.
