Mint - Lemon Balm

Lemon balm mint originates from the Mediterranean and Central Asia. It is primarily aromatic with a mild lemon scent and is therefore consumed more for its mood enhancing or calming effect than its nutritional benefits. It has a high water retention at 86%.

apples, oranges, blueberries, tomatoes, cucumber, salad.

Use in Tea, water, garnish.
