Kale - Purple Moon

Kale started out as cabbage, and over time what was once wild cabbage slowly changed each year resulting in the kale we know today. With bigger, slimmer leaves then wild cabbage, kale usually offers a more mild subdued flavour but the Purple Moon Kale resembles a stronger cabbage flavour then other kale varieties. Kale originates from the Brassica Oleracea family which also includes cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower.
