''Lacinato kale or Tuscan kale has been grown in Tuscany, Italy for centuries. Darker in colour and friendlier in appearance than traditional kale, the leafy vegetable is high in vitamins A, C, calcium, iron, and potassium. The taste is less bitter than curly kale, with hints of sweet, and nutiness.

Parsley, thyme, apple, carrot, chilli, eggplant, garlic, potato.
