Hot Pepper - Thai Chili Bird's Eye

These tiny peppers may be small but they can pack a punch at 50,000 - 100,000 on the Scoville scale which comes in at 10 times hotter than a jalapeno pepper. Their pointy appearance can be seen green or red depending on maturity, and they are part of the Nightshade family.
