Green Onion - White Gem

A white bulb found at the base of the green onion gives off a stronger taste than the leafy stalk growing out of it. The green hollow stalk comes off more mild than its neighbour but still gives that kick of onion spice you're looking for. Green onion provides good nutritional value in vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C and folate.
