Each variety is carefully cultivated in our controlled environment agriculture (CEA) facility, ensuring optimal growth conditions and nutritional content. Our Better Than Organic certification guarantees superior quality through our innovative farming methods.

The controlled environment of our vertical farm allows us to maintain ideal growing conditions year-round, resulting in consistently fresh, flavorful greens. This program enables us to share seasonal specialties and introduce customers to unique varieties that might not be readily available elsewhere.
