Hot Pepper - Habanero

The Habanero is a hot chili pepper originating from the Amazon. It measures between 100,000-350,000 scoville units which is just below ghost pepper on the chili pepper heat scale. The spicy pepper is high in vitamin C, A, potassium, iron, and calcium. Capsaicin is a chemical compound that is found in all chili peppers and products made from peppers.

Pineapple, mango, lime, lemon, cilantro, salt, garlic, onion, brown sugar.

How to Use:
Used in salsas, sauces, and salad dressings.
