Hot Pepper - Byadgi

This gold standard coming from the Southern Indian state of Karnataka has two types. One is Kaddi and the other is Dabbi. This particular version is Kaddi, Byadgi. It' a great substitute to Lal Mirch chilies; however, it carries different and still some of the same vitamins such as A, B, C, E, Potassium, Manganese, Foliate, Cooper, and Molybdenum with its SHU being at 50,000 - 100,000, and is part of the Nightshade family.
