Cherry Tomatoes - Black Strawberry

Black strawberry tomatoes aren't actually what the name suggests, yes they are tomatoes but they actually consist of numerous colours in a marbled pattern. They are high in vitamin A, and C; even though all tomatoes are technically fruits this specific variety is actually more like fruit due to its sweet flavour and plum like texture.

Pairings:
Hummus, spinach dip, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pesto, parmesan, feta cheese, cucumber, basil, parsley.

How to Use:
Used raw in salads.
